Pear Jasmine Wheat Beer, Dusty Palace Spirits & Brews. There’s nothing remarkable about the latest offering from the boys at Dusty Palace, except for the offering’s pea green color, making it look more like wheat grass than wheat beer. The pear and jasmine infused effort is certainly novel and the aroma is pleasant enough. But, with the consistency of cottage cheese and the aftertaste of gas station tuna, this was not an experiment to remember. On a side note, this brew performed serviceably when applied to gravy stains and tobacco spittle.
