Presents our small batch, Lemon Garlic Sour Ale. This 3rd batch of our sour ale will wake up the most sensitive palettes with an aroma that will frighten small children and woodland creatures. With an aftertaste akin to rotting citrus and its medium corn color, our sour ale is highlighted by acidic flavors that form tangy notes from the Copenhagen mash and Chilean garlic. The finish of cashew butter and shrimp scampi top off a flavor that is sure to complement any outdoor barbecue meal served on a Thursday in rural settings.
